Warranty Coverage
- We offer a two-year warranty on all products from the date of purchase.
- Throughout the warranty period, we will provide free replacement parts or products depending on the nature of the damage. If a part is replaceable, it will be sent to you at no cost. In cases where parts cannot be replaced, the entire product will be replaced.
Eligibility
- This warranty is applicable solely to products purchased through our official sales channels.
- Products acquired from third-party websites or retailers are not eligible for warranty coverage.
Claim Process
- To initiate a warranty claim, you must provide your order number or purchase receipt.
- You are required to submit a photo or video of the damaged or defective parts when requesting a replacement.
Exclusions
- The warranty does not extend to issues resulting from misuse, accidents, alterations, or other factors outside our control.
- If you are unable to provide the order number or purchase receipt, we will not be able to process a warranty claim. However, you can still reach out to us for assistance with replacement parts.
Limitations
- This warranty is restricted to defects in materials, workmanship, or delivery-related issues.
- Free replacements are available only for products that exhibit such defects.
