Returns & Exchanges Policy
At LNC, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the guidelines below to facilitate the process.
General Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be in new condition with no damage or cut wires.
- Items must be packed in their original packaging with all parts and components.
- Lamp shades must be wrapped in their original wrapping.
Sale items must also be returned within 30 days of receipt. Any items that do not meet these criteria may be rejected or subjected to a restocking fee.
Return Process
- Contact Customer Service: Contact our Customer Service team at customercare@lnchome.com to arrange for a return. They will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Shipper of Your Choice: You can return your item via your preferred shipping method. Please pre-pay and insure the shipment for your protection. LNC is not responsible for any loss or damage if you select this option. If you choose to return your items by yourself, please contact our customer service first to confirm the address, ensuring convenience and accuracy.
- Freight Shipments: For items that were originally shipped via a freight carrier, please contact Customer Service.
Return Shipping Costs
- For personal reasons such as not liking the product, the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping fees.
- For returns due to product issues (defects or damage), LNC covers the return shipping fees.
Damaged/Defective Merchandise
LNC takes great care to ensure our products reach you safely. Please inspect each item upon arrival. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, contact Customer Service within 48 hours for prompt responses and solutions related to replacement or other appropriate actions.
- Do not dispose of broken or damaged items. Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- Save all packaging and boxes.
- If possible, include pictures of the item and packaging when contacting customer service.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at customercare@lnchome.com.
Exclusions
Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for:
- Products that have been obviously installed or assembled.
- Custom orders, including those that are made-to-order or customized to your specifications.
Order Cancellations
There is no guarantee that an order can be canceled once placed, as we strive to ship orders rapidly. If the order has already been shipped, returnable items can be returned once received according to the policies above.
